My Top 3 Podcasts for 2019

H A P P Y  2 0 1 9 !

I hope everyone’s New Year has been off to a great start! I have been keeping busy with intention-setting, planning, and getting myself ready for what will be my last Spring semester in graduate school. I have big hopes for 2019 and know it will be a year of challenges, positive change, and transformation. I feel ready to receive all of it!

Amongst my goals for the year, listening to more empowering, elevating, and inspirational podcasts is one I am really looking forward to including in my routine. I’ve been listening to random podcasts here and there for a few years, but had never really found any I connected to until recently. I am sharing them below.

Enjoy, lovelies!

1. The Elevator by Elevate the Globe –  I am IN LOVE with this podcast! The hosts, Britt & Tara, are incredibly inspiring. Their podcast looks to ‘elevate‘ its listeners’ vibrations by interviewing guests and discussing not only their spiritual practices, but the ways in which they use them for self improvement. I have learned a lot of valuable information from this podcast and have incorporated many of the practices I’ve picked up from it into my own life. If you want to delve into the spiritual and self-love world, definitely give this a try. I recommend you start with episode #33, Radiating Venus: A Conversation of Self-Love, Crystals, and Living Fearlessly.

2. Soul in The Raw – This podcast targets young entrepreneurs, but I think anybody could benefit from it in some way or another. It provides the kind of inspiration that encourages women to “take up space”, try something new, feel badass, laugh, release, and feel liberated enough to invite success into their daily lives.

3. Kalyn’s Coffee Talk – Kalyn Nicholson is a lifestyle YouTuber I’ve been following for some time now, and when she started her own podcast this past year, I knew I had to give it a listen. She is quirky, cute, and a total #GirlBoss. Her “coffee talk” podcast focuses on giving advice on how to tackle day-to-day situations, all while she sips her morning coffee. The episodes are great to listen to while folding the laundry, driving to work, or whenever you need your daily dose of inspiration!
